Quote Terms & Conditions
1. This agreement starts when you accept our offer set out in this quote, which you can do by accepting offer over phone, by sending us an email or signing a quote.
2. You will also be required to pay a 10% deposit using below details.

3. You warrant that you a) are at least 18 years of age and b) either a registered property owner or c) authorized representative of registered owners to enter into this agreement d) have read and accept to all terms of this agreement.
4. Payments: a) Payments can be made by Cash, bank transfer, debit/credit card (2.0% Surcharge applies). b) 10% Deposit must be paid on offer acceptance: c) 90% balance on the installation day via a Direct Debit (Authority to be signed at time of installation booking). d) We can take legal action if you don’t pay us on time, claiming the outstanding amount, admin fees, legal costs, and 8.35% penalty interest. e) You can’t hold our payment if your Electricity retailer has not installed a net meter, if grid voltage needs adjustment by DNSP or inverter’s WIFI Monitoring not working. Strong 2.4ghz WIFI Required at Inverter Location.
5. Prices mentioned are applicable for a standard install (below), unless otherwise written in the quote.
• Single story property with a pitched roof (Multi-storey & Tilts extra cost)
• Tin roof with screws or Tile roof (Terracotta, Klip Lok, Asbestos, Decramastic, special metals roofs excluded)
• Inverter or battery location is wall mounted next to meter box (In Shade) & connected to DB/MSB, which adheres current DNSP Standards, AS3000, AS61439 & has space to install circuit breakers.
• Must be a completed and not under construction with wiring/power supply complying with current electrical standards. Have a suitable wall location for inverter.
• Travel charges apply for over properties 50 kms from Metro CBD postcode.
• Roof is Structurally strong to take load of Solar panels (Customer Guarantees)
6. Quoted discounted price is applicable, if the solar system purchased is eligible and approved for rebates as quoted, as per the Federal SRES Schemes. You agree to assign the rights of the Solar and Battery STCs Solar Galaxy Pty Ltd. SRES T&Cs apply.
7. The price quoted will increase, if you require finance or interest free payments.
8. The Goods remain Solar Galaxy’s property until the purchase price is paid in full.
9. Installation – We will try to install your system within 8 weeks of acceptance, unless there are delays by DNSP, Acts of God, major stock issues, busy periods or things beyond our control.
10. Termination – 10 days cooling off period applies for a change of mind for a full deposit refund. For Change of mind refund requests after 10 days, we may do this at our discretion and up to $1,000 admin charges will apply.
You can terminate this contract and request a full refund, if we fail to deliver your system within 16 weeks of purchase, additional costs have been identified and presented to deliver system or if any major design changes are required, unless it is outside of our control.
11. Warranties – No warranties are applicable, until we are paid in full and no warranty/meter change paperwork will be provided to you or your electricity retailer.
(1+9) years workmanship warranty. Roof leaks are warrantied for 12 months only. System must be cleaned, checked, and logged by a Solar maintenance company every 12 months after Year 1.
