As part of our Customer satisfaction policy, Solar Galaxy customers can have peace of mind before purchasing a solar system that they will be getting the lowest and most competitive prices available in the market.

To show our commitment to giving customers the lowest prices, Solar Galaxy offers a “Lowest Price Guarantee” to all of our customers. Simply provide a lower priced written quote for a comparable stocked item to our friendly solar consultant and we may beat it by 5%.

Our Lowest Price Guarantee does not apply to products which are out of stock, wholesale trade quotes, stock liquidations and commercial buyers.

Solar Galaxy may beat any competitor’s quote by 5%, provided it fulfils the following conditions:

Must be a formal written quote and not a verbal quote or an email confirmation.

The quote must be dated and not be more than one week old.

Z

The price quoted by the other company cannot be a liquidation sale price.

Z

The price guarantee can only be redeemed once per customer.

Z

The price guarantee offer is applicable only for the metro areas (as defined in Terms and Conditions).

The price guarantee does not apply to trade prices or commercial quantities.

Z

Competitor must be registered in Australia for Goods & Services Tax (GST) and have physical presence in Australia.

Z

Proposal from competitor must be similar with identical product combinations & specifications make/model.

Z

Proposal must show the final price including all other relevant costs.

Z

Advertised product must be in stock and ready for install without delay.?

Z

Competitor pricing must be made available to the general public.

Exclusions:

Proposal from competitor must be in written form, over the phone or email proposals will NOT be accepted.

Price match guarantee is not applicable to grey and/or parallel imports – products not backed up by the manufacturer.

Price match guarantee is not applicable to systems that are already installed and/or systems with deposits paid for.

Proposal from competitor cannot be for other promotional offers and/or specials, such as, but not limited to, loyalty programs, liquidation, stock clearance sale or the like

Price match cannot be used in conjunction with other offers

Price match guarantee does not apply for commercial quantities

Solar Galaxy will not price match advertising errors
